Mads Mikkelsen Gives Worst Spoiler Ever From Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
Prying details about the new “Star Wars” movie out of the cast is harder than blowing up the Death Star with a firecracker.
“There are no buttons in my costume,” he reveals
“Zippers?” asks Mar.
“Zippers, yeah,” he says. “But that is inside knowledge.”
Okay, you take what you can get. At least that’s more than Ben Mendelsohn would cough up.
“Fun facts that no one knows?” he says. “I can’t do that.”
Rogue One Takes Place Just Before the 1977 Star Wars
The next installment in the “Star Wars” film universe, “Rogue One” takes place just before the first film (well, the fourth film, but you what we mean) with a group of unlikely heroes banding together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction.
One the actors will admit: Appearing in a “Star Wars” film was a dream come true.
“I wanted to be Bruce Lee when I was a kid — and that didn’t happen,” says the Danish-born Mikkelen. “This is definitely a good second. It did live up to the expectations. It was wonderful to be part of something that you grew up with as kids. We did not imagine that we would become actors one day and not at all that we would be in a Star Wars film.”
